Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Cogumi Voice, including Web Reader, Document Reader, TweetTune, Dictate, AI Spirits, the contact page, and related browser-based tools.

What Cogumi Voice Provides

Cogumi Voice provides free browser-based voice and AI utilities. The tools can read webpages and documents aloud, turn short text into jingles, transcribe and clean up dictated notes, summarize notes, and run local AI companion chat features. Most features are designed to work without an account.

Using The Tools

• You are responsible for the URLs, documents, text, notes, prompts, messages, and other content you use with Cogumi Voice.
• Only use content that you own, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally allowed to process.
• Do not use Cogumi Voice to violate privacy, intellectual property, platform rules, or applicable laws.
• Do not overload, scrape, attack, reverse engineer, bypass limits, or interfere with the site, Worker endpoints, model-loading paths, or third-party services used by the tools.

Your Content

You keep whatever rights you have in content you provide. Cogumi Voice does not claim ownership of your notes, documents, prompts, chats, lyrics, or generated local outputs. You give Cogumi Voice permission to process your content only as needed to provide the feature you choose, such as fetching a webpage, parsing a document in your browser, sending a short text chunk for speech synthesis, or showing your submitted contact form response to the site operator.

Local Storage And Device Requirements

Several features store data locally in your browser, including notes, conversations, generated songs, model files, caches, and preferences. Clearing browser data or using another browser/device can remove or hide that data. Local AI features may require modern browser support, sufficient storage, WebGPU, WASM, and a stable network connection for first-time model downloads.

Third-Party Services

Some parts of Cogumi Voice rely on third-party services, including Cloudflare hosting and Workers, Google Analytics after consent, Google Forms for contact submissions, Microsoft Edge text-to-speech for speech generation, Hugging Face/model hosting for model artifacts, and DiceBear for generated avatars. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

Text-To-Speech And External Content

When you ask Cogumi Voice to read text aloud with Edge voices, bounded text chunks may be sent through the Cloudflare Worker to generate speech audio. When you paste a webpage URL, the Worker may fetch that URL to make readable extraction possible. Do not submit confidential, sensitive, or restricted content unless you understand and accept that data flow.

AI Output

Dictation cleanup, summaries, lyrics, chat replies, voice output, and generated song elements may be incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for your intended use. Review important output before relying on it or sharing it.

Contact Form

The contact page embeds Google Forms. If you submit the form, the information you enter is sent to Google Forms and made available to the site operator for support, feedback, or follow-up.

Availability And Changes

Cogumi Voice is provided as a free web app. Features may change, break, rate-limit, become unavailable, or be removed. Third-party providers may also change or limit their services, which can affect Cogumi Voice.

Prohibited Uses

• Do not use the tools to generate harassment, impersonation, spam, malware, scams, or illegal content.
• Do not submit content that you are not allowed to upload, process, transform, or synthesize.
• Do not attempt to use the service to evade access controls, abuse third-party websites, or bypass rate limits.
• Do not present AI-generated or transformed output in a misleading way where disclosure is legally or ethically required.

Privacy

The Privacy Policy explains what stays local, what may be sent to service providers, how analytics consent works, and how the contact form is handled.

Ending Use

You can stop using Cogumi Voice at any time. You can delete local app data through each tool where available or by clearing browser site data for Cogumi Voice.

Changes To These Terms

These terms may be updated as Cogumi Voice changes. The effective date will be updated when material changes are made. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
